SERVICE HISTORY (2006 - 2021)
With over 16 years of active service in the Indian Army, Subedar Nagaraj S K has not only served at the borders but has also been instrumental in shaping the physical standards of recruitment units.
He served as a specialized Athletic Coach for the Army, training elite personnel and preparing them for the most rigorous physical challenges. This unique blend of military discipline and specialized sports science is what makes NSA training unparalleled.

2015: The Genesis
Subedar Nagaraj S.K. (Retd.) founded NSA Dharwad with just 5 cadets on a dusty ground, aiming to bridge the gap between rural youth and elite military physical standards.
2017: Academic Synergy
Guru Teli joined as Coordinator. The academy integrated structured classroom coaching for written exams, achieving a record selection rate for its initial batch.
2020: Base Expansion
Constructed a military-spec obstacle training course in Dharwad and opened residential hostel quarters to house outstation aspirants.
2023: Digital CEE Readiness
Upgraded to smart classrooms and simulated computer-based test (CBT) setups to prepare cadets for online screening tests.
2026: The Selection Legacy
Crossed the milestone of 500+ successful placements across Indian Army, BSF, CRPF, and State Police forces, training the new September Batch.
