Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all event registrations made through nsasports.in operated by NSA Sports Academy (National Sports Academy), Dharwad. Please read this policy carefully before completing your registration.
Important Notice
Due to the nature of physical sports events that require significant advance preparation (venue booking, jersey procurement, catering, timing equipment), all registrations are generally non-refundable. Please read the exceptions listed below.
1. General No-Refund Policy
Once a registration payment is successfully completed and verified:
- The registration fee is non-refundable
- Cancellation by the participant will not entitle them to a refund
- No-show at the event does not qualify for a refund
- Requests to transfer your registration to another participant are not permitted
2. Refund Exceptions
A full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Event Cancellation by NSA: If NSA Sports Academy cancels the event entirely (not postpones), all registered participants will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same registration due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 5–7 business days
- Failed Payment Captured: If your payment was debited but the registration was not confirmed due to a technical failure, the full amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days
3. Event Postponement
If NSA Sports Academy postpones an event to a new date, your registration will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued for postponements. If you are unable to attend on the new date, please contact us and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI / bank account) used during registration
- Processing time: 5–7 business days from approval
- Razorpay processing fees (if any) are non-refundable
- You will be notified via email once the refund is initiated
5. Payment Disputes
If you believe your payment was incorrectly processed or you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at nsadharwad@gmail.com with your Razorpay Payment ID and Order ID.
Please do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, as this may delay the resolution process.
