By using this website or registering for any event, you confirm that you are at least 15 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.

When you register for an event such as the 1600 Meter Demo Rally, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful personal information including your full name, age, gender, mobile number, email, and district
• Be physically fit to participate in the athletic event you register for
• Follow all event rules, instructions from event officials, and NSA staff
• Carry a valid photo ID and your registration confirmation / ticket to the event venue
• Arrive at the venue at the designated reporting time

NSA Sports Academy reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who provides false information or does not meet the eligibility criteria.

The registration fee for the 1600 Meter Demo Rally is ₹99 (Ninety-Nine Rupees only), payable via UPI through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.

• All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification
• You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket upon successful payment
• Duplicate registrations with the same phone number within 10 minutes will be rejected

Participation in NSA events is at your own risk. You acknowledge that:

• Athletic events carry inherent physical risks
• NSA Sports Academy, its coaches, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any event
• You are responsible for assessing your physical fitness before participating
• NSA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates event rules or engages in unsportsmanlike conduct

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of NSA Sports Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

NSA Sports Academy reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, or format due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to weather conditions, government orders, or force majeure events. We will notify registered participants of any such changes via email or WhatsApp.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds in case of event cancellation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of this website or participation in NSA events shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dharwad, Karnataka.

NSA Sports Academy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
